About the Program
The Chicago Opportunity ISA Fund helps College Possible students from the Chicago area cover the costs of earning a bachelor’s degree.
You can apply for $2,500—$25,000 in funding to help you cover
Books and Supplies
College Possible student from the Chicago area
At least 17 years old
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
At least a second-year (sophomore) college student by the time you receive funding
Full-time status during the term for which you’re seeking funding
Meeting satisfactory academic progress (SAP) criteria at your school
Enrolled in or transferring to a bachelor’s degree program at an eligible institution (below)
Funding is available for enrollment at the following institutions:
Illinois Institute of Technology
Illinois State University
North Park University
Northern Illinois University
Saint Xavier University
Univ. of Illinois at Springfield
Western Illinois University
