About the Program

The Opportunity ISA Fund helps College Possible students studying in Minnesota and Wisconsin cover the costs of earning a bachelor’s degree and persist to graduation.

You can apply for $2,500—$25,000 in funding to help you cover

  • Tuition

  • Living Expenses

  • Books and Supplies

  • Account balances

Specific amounts you qualify for depend on the total cost of attendance at your school. Use the ISA calculator tool for this program to see what your contract terms would be.

Eligibility Requirements

  • College Possible student studying in Minnesota or Wisconsin

  • At least 17 years old

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident

  • At least a second-year (sophomore) college student by the time you receive funding

  • Full-time status during the term for which you’re seeking funding

  • Meeting satisfactory academic progress (SAP) criteria at your school

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above

  • Enrolled in or transferring to a bachelor’s degree program at an eligible institution (below)
