About the Program

This ISA Fund helps College Possible students studying in Minnesota and Wisconsin cover the costs of earning a bachelor’s degree.

You can apply for ISA funding to help you cover

  • Tuition

  • Living Expenses

  • Books and Supplies

  • Account balances


Eligibility Requirements

  • College Possible student studying in Minnesota or Wisconsin
  • At least 17 years old
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DREAMer with active DACA status
  • Full-time status during the term for which you're seeking funding
  • Meeting satisfactory academic progress (SAP) criteria at your school
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
  • Enrolled in or transferring to a bachelor’s degree program at an eligible institution (below)
