Giving Opportunities
Sometimes a good plan, hard work, and adaptability still aren’t enough to make it to graduation. When students and their families have limited financial resources, accessing post-secondary education can be challenging – if not simply impossible.
When students engage in post-secondary education, they gain opportunities for better jobs, upward mobility, and financial stability – but only if they have the resources and support to overcome the financial hurdles of paying for that education.
BFF’s Income Share Agreement (ISA) was built based on research with leading college success nonprofits and students alike, all to best support students throughout their education. When a student takes an ISA, after they leave school, their payment obligation is based on their income. If their income changes, their payments change, too. These protections allow monthly payments to remain affordable, and students do not have to make payments if they are unable or cannot find work.
Students face so many systemic barriers to achieving their biggest dreams, and your support for Better Future Forward provides the hand up students deserve.
What Your Support Makes Possible
“[My ISA], it’s just the root of my education. I am so thankful that I have it. It’s just been super, super, super, super helpful.”

“ I wish I had known about BFF [sooner]. If I could tell someone who’s a freshman… ‘Hey, this is a great avenue. It can help you with a lot. It can help you make your educational dream a reality.’ I would tell them to apply to BFF. ”
