Report Your Income 

 

Below is a step by step guide on how students in their grace or repayment period can report their income. As a reminder, students are required to submit their income each time it changes while they are in their repayment period.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE

  1. Head to our student portal at https://bff.knowledgefinance.com/

  2. Log in

  3. You will be directed to the main contract page. In the upper right hand of the screen you will see the words “Report My Income” – click on this.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the “Report My Income” page and, under the header “Income Change Request,” select the button that says continue.

5. Fill in the information about your job on the following page and click the button to save

6. On the next screen, it is asking you about a second job. If you do not have one, select the option for “employment status” as “not applicable”

7. Click the “Save” button again to proceed.

8. On this final page you will be asked to submit the document that shows proof of your income (again, such as a pay stub, offer letter, or tax return)

9. Finally, after your document uploads, click the “Submit” button.

10. CELEBRATE! You have submitted information about your income.
